Fire safety experts have welcomed plans to install fire-resistant facades across buildings in Dubai.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced that they’ve started the process of replacing facades on all non-compliant buildings across the city.
Its regulatory arm, the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), has been entrusted with the mega task of making the switch.
